This promotion is operated by Spinnaker London LLP on behalf of Eclipse Pictures IE (the “Promoter”).

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Eclipse Pictures IE, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

Only entries submitted via Instagram will be accepted.

2. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 18:00 GMT on Friday 13 March 2026 and closes at 09:00 GMT on Monday 16 March 2026.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be counted.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition participants must:

• Like the competition post on the @EclipsePictures.ie Instagram account

• Follow @EclipsePictures.ie

• Comment 💐 on the competition post

Only entries that complete all of the above steps during the Promotional Period will be considered valid.

One entry per Instagram account. Multiple entries will not be counted.

4. Prize

One winner will receive:

Two cinema tickets to see Báite at a screening in their local area.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.

The winner will be notified by 11:00 GMT on Monday 16 March 2026 via the @EclipsePictures.ie Instagram account, using one or more of the following methods:

• A reply to their comment requesting they send a direct message to claim their prize

• A post announcing the winner and requesting they contact the account via direct message

If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of first contact, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.

6. General Conditions

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or not received due to technical issues.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the promotion or accepting the prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter.

8. Data Protection

Any personal data provided by entrants will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram bears no responsibility or liability for this promotion.

10. Governing Law

This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

11. Winner Details

The winner’s first name and county may be made available upon reasonable request to the Promoter.
